Threatening ex-girlfriend...

I have an ex-girlfriend who won't let us go. She has threatened to call the cops on my friend and I saying that we are part of some "drug ring" and do various intoxicants. She's put down my family, friends, and myself also as part of the process.

I have forgiven her of the $400.00 USD she owes me because she is struggling financially. I've changed my phone number.

I'm thinking of filing for a court order against her contacting me or slandering me.

What do all of the old hippies think I should do?

Clean up your act in case she calls the cops on you. Tell her not to call or contact you. After that, don't call or contact her. If she continues to do so, make a complaint to the cops and ask them to tell her to leave you alone. (Expect her to report all of your illigal activities, real or fabricated.) If that doesn't work go for the restraining order from the court.

You can also charge her with phone harassment if she keeps calling you.
