How much salvia?

me and my friends are gona do some 20x salvia this weekend but i have no idea how much to smoke and was wondering if somwhere around 0.25 teaspoons would be suficent?

That should be a good starting dose. Try freebasing it for maximum effect, or get it really hot in a water bong. Any other way of smoking it is not worth it. (I don't think smoking it at all is worth it, pretty weird effects) I've had my fun on salvia though. *sigh*

actually ur gonna want to get at least 60x to get visuals otherwise ur just wasting money. the first time i did salvia it was 20x. i smoked the entire gram in my bong (u'll want to usd a bong n a butane torch lighter n hold each hit in as long as possible to get full effects) in a matter of minutes n i just felt light-headed for a couple minutes..$30 down the drain. the 2nd time i got 1g of 80x n all it took was one hit n i was trippin for a good 15 minutes on less than half a gram...

the strongest they have around here is 20x.. and thats still 45 minutes away..

it was like 50 dollars and it had me trippin.. not hallucinating .. but .. idk i cant explain it. probably the usual weird salvia effects though.. crazy drug.. i want to try it again sometime..

Considering I got it at one of the better headshops in Venice Beach, I doubt it was bunk. Everyone I've talked to says the same thing about 5x, 10x, etc...it just doesn't do much of anything. Maybe you're thinking of extracted salvinorum in liquid dropper form vs the raw plant material..because I got the raw plant material to smoke. 20x salvia made me feel like my head was floating above my body for a little while, and that was it. 80x salvia (which was $60 btw) put me in a trance-like state where I was trapped inside a tunnel talking to people I had never seen before and seeing the walls melt inside my room. Big difference. And the gram lasted me a couple days, since all I needed was one hit each time I tripped.

You said you smoked a bit less than a half gram of 80 to achieve effects.

Fucking a PINCH of 60x has knock the fuck out of every person I've done salvia with. This current half gram of 60x has lasted at least 9 trips and still plenty left.

not sure what a pinch is, but I don't doubt 60x would knock your socks off..it's high potency while 20x is very low potency.

One thing I'm curious about trying is the leaf itself. A friend of mine got a hold of some leaves to chew and tripped for a little over an hour..said it was a bit like shrooms but not as euphoric (altho I wouldn't know as every time I've done shrooms I just get a little energy and feel depressed..fuck tolerance to naturals..I prefer acid cause it always does the job).

20X is very strong. you may just have a tolerence naturally or due to use of a similar drug?

in my experience, a gram of 20X can be divided into about 6 good hits. being a little high on weed in advance also helps to intensify the experience

I've never really heard of people having a tolerance to salvia. That's why I was in total awe with what he said.
Even when I took 4 times as much 15x as I do 60x I got a pretty damn good trip.
When you get up to the 15-20+ it's really about amount in my experience.
