I got curious and googled 'Hillary' and 'Scandal' just because I remembered her being involved with with so many different things over the years, but I could'nt really reacall them right off hand...so in my spare time I will be adding them as I find them to this thread. Feel free to jump in or add any insights or clarifications.

This was the first that caught my interest from her 2000 senate campaigne.

http://www.hillaryunderoath.com/

Check out the 'latest' tab.

I hav'nt researched this lady yet but she made me wake up, and wonder wtf???! How does this stuff happen and get swept under the rug so quickly?

Staggering Numbers
Keeping in mind that Hillary – in her own "two for the price of one" pronouncement – told the nation that she would be sharing the presidency with her husband, it would beg the imaginations of even her most fervent acolytes that the tsunami of scandals that inundated the Clinton tenure somehow escaped either the notice or personal involvement of Hillary herself.

To see the shocking Scandal Index of the Clinton years, as compiled by the liberal Progressive Review (http://prorev.com (http://prorev.com/)) is to appreciate the Clinton's 24/7/365 belief that any progress in their leftist domestic and foreign affairs agenda could only be realized through the most nefarious activity – much of which fit neatly into the criminal category. Under the listing of "Records Set'" by the Clinton administration (read: co-presidency), Progressive Review cites the following, of which I will only list a sampling:

▪ Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates.

▪ Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation.

▪ Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify.

▪ Most number of witnesses to die suddenly.

▪ First president sued for sexual harassment.

▪ First president accused of rape.

▪ First president to be held in contempt of court.

▪ First president to be impeached for personal malfeasance.

▪ First first lady to come under criminal investigation.

▪ Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign-contribution case.

▪ Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions.

▪ Number of Starr-Ray investigation convictions or guilty pleas to date: one governor, one associate attorney general and two Clinton business partners: 14.

▪ Number of Cabinet members who came under criminal investigation: 5.

▪ Number of individuals and businesses associated with the Clinton machine that were convicted of or pleaded guilty to crimes: 47.

▪ Number of these convictions during Clinton's presidency: 33.

▪ Number of indictments/misdemeanor charges: 61.

▪ Number of congressional witnesses who pleaded the Fifth Amendment, fled the country to avoid testifying, or (in the case of foreign witnesses) refused to be interviewed: 122.

▪ Guilty pleas and convictions obtained by Donald Smaltz in cases involving charges of bribery and fraud against former Agriculture Secretary Mike Espy and associated individuals and businesses: 15; acquitted or overturned cases (including Espy): 6.

▪ Clinton machine crimes for which convictions were obtained: drug trafficking, 3; racketeering, extortion, bribery, 4; tax evasion, kickbacks, embezzlement, 2; fraud, 12; conspiracy, 5; fraudulent loans, illegal gifts, 1; illegal campaign contributions, 5; money laundering, 6; perjury, et al.

▪ Number of times that Clinton figures who testified in court or before Congress said that they didn't remember, didn't know, or something similar: Bill Kennedy, 116; Harold Ickes, 148; Ricki Seidman, 160; Bruce Lindsey, 161; Bill Burton, 191; Mark Gearan, 221; Mack McLarty, 233; Neil Egglseston, 250; John Podesta, 264; Jennifer O'Connor, 343; Dwight Holton 348; Patsy Thomasson, 420; Jeff Eller, 697; and Hillary Clinton, 250.

Believe it or not, this exhaustive list omits even lengthier lists – on public record – of crimes investigated, public officials and reporters intimidated, threatened and muzzled, and the raft of dead people associated with the Clintons who died by guns, knives, alleged suicides, etc. See http://members.tripod.com/~rcjustice/pres.html (http://members.tripod.com/~rcjustice/pres.html) and http://prorev.com/legacy.htm (http://prorev.com/legacy.htm).

Apparently, the Clinton Scandal Squad enforcers believed that nothing was more important than protecting the co-presidents from realizing their relentlessly leftwing agenda – this in spite of the fact that by 1998 under the Clinton co-presidency, the GOP gained 48 seats in the House, 8 seats in the Senate, 11 governorships, and 1,254 seats in state legislatures, and that during their tenure, 439 (out of 1,998 Democrats) became Republicans as opposed to 3 Republicans who became Democrats.

Yup,yup, back to the sanctuary. I've been jolted to my core by the stark darkness of things out there. Back to nurturing my Love and letting it grow.
Just takes a little bit of light to chase off the darkness...

So what possesed your boy? What area is he looking to get into?
I wish there were more politicians that acted like the 'focalizers' at gatherings, you know, they help to organise but are'nt all hopped up on power and bought with treats.

Do you think he would be a selfless public servant?

well i think you've got to remember that they were trying or at least trying to look like they were trying, and i think in at least some cases pretty sincerely, to clean up the mess left by the extreme rightwing fanatacism of ragun and the chronies of that ere, who of course had a vested intrest in not wanting to be and so were 'gunning' for them every chance they could cook up or get. so i think a lot of what gets said against the clintons has to be taken in that context.

by the same token though of course, they were and are, to a large degree, just as much creatures of the corporate dominance.

but then again, have we ever had anyone who wasn't?

if you start really digging into it, you won't find anyone at the national level other then MAYBE a few congressbeings, who don't have whole wearhouses full of skelliton closets.

they may have been into it up to their armpits, but i don't think you'll find them to have been any worse then most.

i mean even carter and kennidy weren't any kind of absolute saints, and they were the best of the lot in my lifetime.

i favor obama over hillary and mccain, but not out of any such nievette. just that i think he's the most likely to not be COMPLETELY dictated by major economic interests.

i mean, to be enough of a wild card to them to occasionally be able to buy himself enough elbow room to be able to apply some kind of reasonable judgement occasionally.

but don't kid yourself, that IS as much as can be expected from any of them.

I try my best not to ecpext any one thing ;) leaves more room for magic to happen :)

Have you seen the beautiful irony that bloomed from the 'three a.m.' commercial? Heheheee the little girl filmed sleeping in the commerical used by the Billary team turned out to be a delegate in the Obama campaign now and is speaking out against the fear mongering.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=UWgw8ePyRTg

Think there comes a time when the tide does in fact turn. Energy shifts and even when you try to get your way, if it is not in harmony with the new stuff everything you do will turn on you.

Evolve or die.

And with Omaba I am not so romantic to think he will get into office and *poof* things will turn into a Utopia...but it is inspiring to see someone willing to just try for once, to get past self centered greed. To see the bigger picture of us all as one group so we can stop competing for resources and get organised.

I wish the first woman would have been some one who was a more positive and cohesive force, but it seems like the african culture has been working towards this for a long time as well. It is so beautiful to me to hear how he is recieved in Kenya. It makes the spirit in me jump up.

I am deligently searching the net for one of those big bandaid stickers for my car. I am not going to have all the damage repaired, because I just don't care enough....so I am gonna pimp it out.

Did get a 500 check though.....and just keep going back and forth about whether I should fix it. I've driven dented cars before and could care less....plus I intend on driving Vicki until she dies. So she will have no value by the end of it all anyway. Grrrr...I hate decisions.

But I love big bandaids....LOL! Check this one out:

That was never even a decision for me, lol. Both times I got hit I kept the money. Who cares about a dent. I even traded my car in. Both times it came when I really need it the cash bad too. I felt like an accident magnet afterwards though and got out of the intrepid. I think it jack up the mojo of my car.

How did you end up making money out of that deal?

I really liked this sticker

Though I am kinda on the fence, the one that says, "vote for Monica Lewinski's ex boyfriends wife" cracked me up!!! or "Hillary Clinton, outsourcing blowjobs since 1995" heheeee:)

So I was like OK! HAHA! Figured that it won't really affect the insurance since I intend on moving back to just liability and since my renewal doesn't come up until October, I don't have to worry about it at allhttp://www.hipforums.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif I only pay $562 a year for full coverage anyway. I love NC! In Maryland it was more than twice that.

I saw the Monica Lewinski one and died laughting. Missed the outsourcing blowjobs one...ROTFL!

Cool stickerhttp://www.hipforums.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif I just got finished ordering more stickers then I should have LOL! Told ya I am gonna pimp Vicki out....so I got me 8 big old flowers, a bandaid, "An Eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" and a "god bless the freaks" bumpersticker. I can't wait to slap them on herhttp://www.hipforums.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif

Did you decide to fix her or just keep the cash?

Those stickers sound awesome. I've actually been thinking about taking some off...I get visually over stimulated looking at my rear bumper, lol. I really want to put the monica one on though. I am going up to Pa to help register voters and I think it would be funny to have on.

And how did you get hooked up with helping people in PA? Did you sign up to volunteer? When do you go?

HoneySuckleBlue

Verreh psychedelic mama! Can't wait to see her when you are done, lol.

I got an email asking for volunteers yesterday and I hav'nt done anything to help out yet and i really want him to win PA. so I figured now was the time to add my own energy to the campaign and I'd been asking for a way to make it's self known for a few weeks now, so when I got the email I jumped.
I said I could go up for the 23&24 of this month.
