i would go to, canada or finland.. Or stay in England if was as sunny as it is today everyday :D

I'm moving to Cardiff this summer...

not sure I want to, but I don't have much choice. However I'm sure it will be full of lovely people and I'll make friends really fast :) and I've heard theres a brilliant up and coming music scene in Wales so its all good.

never been to Wales though.

I quite living where I do (Surrey) but I'd also like to live in Devon or London. Some parts of London just have a really nice feel to them, and Devon is so pretty and near the beach! I have memories of childhood holidays in Devon- always sunny and happy, hehe. :)
