Hi, I'm no good at this. It would be appreciated very much if someone can take this subject matter and turn it into a poem for me.
I met a guy online about 6 years ago. We pretty much were online buddies and only actually hung out 3 times. We just always talked online. We also text eachother. In the middle of the time I've known him, we lost contact for a while. We just stopped talking. Until just recently we started talking again and got all caught up. I learned that he had a new girlfriend and his life was turned upside down. She is the reason for his attempted suicide and his criminal record. She called the police and told them he was physically violent towards her. Now anytime he doesn't do something she wants or pisses her off, she threatens to call the police and have him thrown in jail for abuse. Abuse that has never occurred. I can tell he still loves her. I try to tell him to just leave her, it's not worth it. I think he is afraid to leave her. Anyway, There was a job opening where he works and he called me to come in and apply. I started working with him and started developing feelings for him. This is the most time we've spent together since I've known him. He knows I like him and is clearly not interested in a relationship with me. It hurts, but I'll be okay. I just want him to be happy and I know he isn't with that girl. He can't even go to the movies with me as a friend, which is what we are and have been before she ever came along, because she will get mad and throw his stuff outside, or keep his stuff and not let him have it. It's all just a bunch of bullshit. Anyway, can anyone write me a poem? I care about him a lot and I just want him to be okay. The poem is just for me.
