HBW Prepraration

A couple weaks ago, I had my first expirience with the seeds and it was amazing, but I'm still a little confused on how to take HBW.

The way I prepared it was first I removed the outer from the seeds with a nail filer. Then I crushed them up and put them in a glass of water for an hour before I drank it.

Is that a good way to take HBW? I used 4 seeds and I felt no nausea. I also read that you should let the seeds soak in for two hours instead of one.

I think you did well. I chop them a bit and drink with water, without letting them soak for a while. I have always drank 5 seeds. An old friend (who was 20 in the 60s) told me that 9 fresh HBWR seeds is like a 60s acid trip. I´ll try that dose soon!
