dont expect anything man (except having your mind blown), or let anyone else tell you what's going to happen to you.

if it gets difficult though, just remember that this is all ok and it will come to an end and you'll be back to normal (plus a little extra) the next day.

If you can get them, have a handful of benzos ready. I just find it very secure knowing I have the means to end a possible bad trip. Not to scare ya or nothing.

the thing that tripped me out the most was it felt just like trippiest Beatles songs and the videos of leary at milbrook. I still can't get over that the first ime, it was just like 'holy shit this where they all went and made their stuff from'.
