Please take a few minutes of silent meditation, relaxing the body and quietening the mind before the teaching.
I am happy to yeild the teacher's podium this week to our guest speaker, a great Vedantic master and my own teacher, Swami Chinmayananda. Here is a video of him explaining the shanti mantra.
