I'm all for conspiracy theory that makes sense... I think the moon not existing is a bit a thin for my tastes. not landing on the moon makes a kind of sense I guess. I've heard arguments for it. I don't really care either way.

and blowing up the world... what did the earth ever do to you? I like MollyBoston's idea... just blow all the people on it or you know suck and lick... problems solved. :)

I'm with you Unknown American let the man fall. But then I think they'll take themselves out eventually anyway. All we have to do is get out of the way.

As for the moon thing I still don't buy it. Why would some of the oldest civilizations in the world have calendars based upon and astrology/astronomy incorporating the moon if it wasn't there? I'm definitely not talking about western civilization here, ie illuminati, templars, masons.. they're all sheisters I'm not debating that.

And the gravitational effects of a rubber ball on bath water? I'm not a physicist but I don't have to be to understand that significant mass of a rubber ball in relation to the earth isn't going to make a difference on bath water. And how do you explain the fact that I can feel the moon? I'm not even a woman and I can feel the lunar cycles in my body. There's a heightening. And the sheer vastness of resources to create a hologram large enough to encompass the planet not to mention the gravitational effects I personally experience is completely illogical. The energy needed alone would cost more than money put into the space programs. I'm not denying that the space program isn't a completely benevolent thing but it makes no sense to me. Controlling us is so much easier than putting an illusion of a rock in the sky.

The only ways I could see this making any sense would be if we were in a matrix like system. I think that's entirely possible. Most spiritualities even theoretical physics suggest that nothing is solid... even real. We all live in a hologram under that definition and for that matter are holograms. But then the idea of the moon being a hologram is moot because in that system everything is a hologram, nothing exists and so the controllers of the program or system or whatever could make us think that we were grapefruits and it would make total sense.

This is an interesting concept. I can honestly say I've never debated the existence of the moon. It's fun.

edit... i guess the resource issue would of course depend on whether or not we were actually on earth or what the earth is. for this level of control and technology there's no way it's controlled by humans if it's in existence. We don't have that technology or the energy to power it. I've traveled across oceans and continents and to have a petri dish that large.... it would be more feasible to have a hitch hickers guide to the galaxy kind of thing where the world is a giant computer. again not controlled by humans. but then you could just as easily argue that this is the god experiment kind of thing.
