Hey family, My new baby Irie just had open heart surgery. We are at the childrens hospital in Atlanta GA. I'm just asking for you all to keep him in your thoughts and prayers, he needs them. Also if anyone knows of any family in the area, we'd love to hear from them. Sometimes hearing a kind voice from some loved ones helps keep the sanity. Anyway I'm just a little lost and scared and I'd just like our ffamily to keep little Irie in your prayers, he's only 3 weeks old and this is a major surgery.

sweet pea you know we are just a couple hours away.. not that i would expect you to leave your babys side.. we already have plans this weekend or we would come down and see you..

sweet pea :) there are three atl childrens hospital . Which one are you at? egleston hughes or scottish rite? In order to find you any family would also have some sorta info on you or baby in order to locate you once there as well.. would be a bit odd going to ask at the main desk for sweet pea ky ;) I sent you a pm,,, give us a holler ... numbers are in thereor shoot back some info some how ... luv n lite

Thanks you all for your support, and I would love a healing meditation. I know that would help him. We are at Egelston in room 2138. He came out of surgery good, the Dr said that it is up to him as to how long that we will be here. They had to transfer his pulmoary artery and his aorta. Plus he had a whole in his heart that they had to fix. The funny thing was they said that if the hole hadn't been there he wouldn't have lived for 7 hours. The hole let the oxygenated blood and the blue blood mix. Keep irie in your thoughts, the worst part is over, but he still has alot of healing to do. We love you all very much.

I will get a couple of healing meditations going & hopefully you two will be out of the hospital & home very soon...How does Fri, Sat & Sun at 7:00 EST sound? I'll go ahead get the wheels in motion & if you want the days or time changed, just let me know.

A very sweet sis & her little one are in need of healing energy, so a
couple of folks are putting together 3 healing meditations for them.
Little Irie had open-heart surgery at just 3 weeks old. The wee
warrior made it thru surgery like a champ but still has some major
recovery time. All prayers & healing energy would be appreciated.


The organized healing meditations will take place on Friday, Saturday
& Sunday, February 1-3 at 7:00 EST All you
have to do to take part is to focus healing energy toward Irie & his
momma...and Spirit willing, Irie & Momma will feel the energy & love

I will say a prayer for little Irie. It sound like it is going well so far.
I know some one with a kid who is 5 years old now that had open heart surgery when they were a little baby and they are fine and healthy now.

I will try to send good energy that way.

Yeah...glad I'm hearing about this after the worst is over....Sounds like a good origin story for a Tea Timer. "I was born with my heart plumbed backwards..."

The healing meditations sound wonderful. They took him off of alot of his tubes. They even took him off his breathing machine. He kept fighting with it, so the doc said that if he wants to breath by himself then we should let him. Everyone is suprised that he is recovering so well, he truely does have a warriors heart. They are moving us back to UT tommorow to help him with his recovery, they have some feeding therapy that he has to do. Also they have to monitor the fluid around his heart. But if everything goes well then we might get to go home as soon as next week. Thank you family.

sweet pea i dont know if you remember talking with me a long time ago, but sisters did a sweat sat. and had irei in there hearts ! brothers are doing the same today and certainly irie will be in ours,all healing will include you and irie!
