I can't post images

When I try to post something with [ IMG][/IMG ] tags, it posts a link. Which doesn't work for anybody except me. And when I try to post attachments, it doesn't work for anybody else either.

I heard something about you having to have 100 posts to post/view pictures..don't know if it's true or not though.

hm, there's a thing at the bottom of where you make posts that says Attach Files Valid file extensions: doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip
