Ayahuasca has always given me very nice experiences, but sometimes it can get a little too weird, and the effects are often unpredictable. But, I have done LSD, shrooms, mescaline, bufotenine, DMT + 5meo-DMT (free based), an array of psychedelic amphetamines, LSA, and yet and still, nothing has come close to Ayahuasca. Although basing DMT was pretty intense and crazy, it wasn't as fun and interesting as some ayahuasca experiences I've had. I always use mimosa hostillis and syrian rue in my ayahuasca, and I firmly believe DMT alone cannot account for the effects of a mimosa / rue brew. I really wish I could find more information regarding exactly what alkaloids are in mimosa hostillis.

MDMA isn't a psychedelic, it's an empathogen.

For me, nothing comes close to LSD.
The visuals, the euphoria, everything. It just can't be beaten.

My fave has to be shrooms, due to the kaleidoscopic, spiritual mind-fuck.

Second is a tie between 2ce and LSD; both for different reasons. LSD for it's liquid, colorful nature. 2ce for it's electric/mechanical chaos.

Either 2C-B or mescaline. I haven't had a good, proper dose of mescaline yet, but it seems to be the best.

Did i read that you had the hawaian type ? if so ive heard a few eye opening stories about them ..

They seem to be quite full on and very deep .. is this right ?

Yeah, hawaiians. They were profoundly visual and quite introspective too, not as much as some other 'shrooms I've had though.
I'd highly recommend them if you can get your hands on them, I dunno if I'm gonna be able to get any more any time soon.
I wish that place in the NL was still open.

i actually have a close friend who is immune to psilocybes....her sister is as well. she's tried them on several occasions, once took over 7 grams of potent mushrooms and felt absolutely nothing [i tripped hard off of like 2.5g of the same batch, just some good ol' cubes].

she loves lsd, and has tripped on 2c-c, 2c-e, and salvia all with normal response. i've been meaning to feed her some 4-aco-dmt to see what happens with that, as well as a few other trypts [dmt ect...maybe foxy if i decide to get some]....FOR SCIENCE! :)

i love mushrooms...there is nothing quite like them.

these days, if given the option, i would easily take 4-aco-dmt over a handfull of mushrooms for a few reasons:

* i can weigh out an exact dose of the chemical itself, not guess..
* i find 4-aco to be less confusing, i can more easily communicate with those around me...
* i can take 4-aco nasally...or HOWEVER ELSE I WANT because it's a pure crystalline powder [which is cool in and of itself :) because i get to use my fancy MG scale]


i wouldn't say better...i'd just say that at my present place, i would RATHER TAKE 4-aco-dmt...none of the aforementioned reasons make 4-aco-dmt "better", in fact, i've had life changing experiences on mushrooms that just happened to be much more potent than i had thought when dosing, and the confusion adds to the sense of 'shroomy bewilderment'.

my girlfriend has only taken mushrooms once, and only taken 4-aco once...

i'll ask her which she liked better, but the time we tripped on mushrooms was over a year ago, and she's taken a bunch of other chems since then [i think it's kinda funny...she ended up taking a bunch of RC's before even LSD]


another of my friends said outright that she likes 4-aco-dmt more than mushrooms [she has taken mushrooms maybe 5 times, probably all at low doses, and she took 20mg 4-aco nasal...which is bordering on a high dose]

i have to say though it's a tie between DMT and mushrooms for me... acid's okay but my experiences have been so variable, i think i've seen the most beauty on acid but it's also been the creepiest/most schizophrenic.

i think mushrooms and DMT both feel very natural to the mind, and even when things get bad/weird i don't feel a fraction of the discomfort that i would on acid.

It has psychedelic propertys but it works by disconnecting your mind from the five senses, therefore is a dissociative.

Been giving this a little more thought since I have tried San Pedro and got a hold of mushrooms this past summer.

For facility and being able to accommodate different settings-LSD I can party or pray with it.

For emotional soul searching and colorful visuals-mushrooms

But my favorite now really is mescaline/cacti. It is such a clear headed experience that allows you to guide the course and pull back if it's to heavy.
It has given me the most "connected" experience of anything else I've tried.
I haven't tried any RC's or DMT. Not really interested in the RC's, I prefer naturally occurring or derived substances.
Plus they don't have the longevity or broad range of use in humans yet. Still don't know long term effects or if they can cause birth defects and such. I feel safer with things that have a long history of use and research.
Haven't had the opportunity to try DMT.
Maybe next summer I'll maybe brew up some DMT potion.
