For some reason... a friend thinks i'm gay because I act different from most guys I think is pretty much what she said in a nutshell... I just don't get why. I'm not gay... I mean, if I was gay... i'd probably admit it, but then again... i'm not gay.. lol. Sometimes I can't tell if she's joking about it or not.. but... I don't know what to do. If anyone would like to IM me too about it my AIM is YasgursFarm91569

are you in touch with your fem side. cause if your straight and you are then i think your on to a winner cause thats atractive to a lot of females so don't run away from it.
do you think in your friends case its a case of reverse flirting maybe shes hoping to give you the chance to prove your not gay??
but at the end of the day if you know your straight but haven't got a problem with gay people be sercure in what you are.
its only a problem if you feel you are being accused of something which you dislike.

Yahoo says you live in Louisiana. HipForums says Virginia. Based on that information, I'd say you're gay.

lol @ duncan
nah dude is it coz you're hippy? coz hippy guys can be mistaken for gay guys by people who lack the gaydar. lol like someone said earlier, if you're in touch with your feminine side then that'd be why.
and be thankful for it, straight girls love it! dammit i wish i was a gay guy... solely for that reason ;)

Personally... I'd just be frank about it. Ask if she's really joking or not...

My point of WTF being, I am sitting here on my antique slow ass computer waiting to read what I think are new threads and as I read this after waiting to or for it to finally appear on my computer, I use every bit of my concentration to read it. AND........... It's a fucking 16-MONTH OLD post. posted back in 2004. I have better things to do than pull up ancient posts dug up by forum analysts trying to dig dirt. Please leave the shit buried I am sure the original evil hippy who posted this has got it figured out by now. damn. Now I shall fill my head with my morning pills. Peace to all- RxHead.

I thought I was gay because I wasn't as strong as other guys, wasn't into sports, didn't constantly talk about wanting to fuck women and genrally didn't socialise with guys as much (I went to a bar with 3 other women tonight ... as friends!) but it turned out I was straight but in touch with my feminine side. I've even tried it with a guy but it didn't feel natural ... but at least I know where I stand! I always say ... if you don't know where you stand sexually, try your own gender regardless!

Meh, that's okay. My boyfriend swears I'm bi, just because I'm a big gay rights activist and because I'm a little...odd. As long as you know the truth, it doesn't matter what other people think about you!

being gay is on the inside. the external crap is just....external--It can be learned, it can be changed. Guys often feel a pressure to assert their masculinity because they don't want to be viewed as weak. When you run into a guy who isn't like that, one might assume the dude is gay. So fucked up, this world of judgment is.
