Sahaja Yoga

listen to her... read the site. This is the sort of meditation I have always done, conclusions drawn that I have drawn... There is only one truth, this truth everyone can know.
I can't find the post, but I was discussing the unimportance of the physical position in meditation... perhaps the above method from a great teacher sheds some light on that. It is not the position, but the confidence in that position. Meditation is solely a state of mind, brought about by confidence in one's ability to achieve such a state... from there you set your limits. You don't literally wave hello when you are greeted with the truth of knowledge.
"Through the process of Self Realization achieved in Sahaja Yoga, the truth of these religions becomes apparent: it is not not revealed through compliance to dogmas."
Makes perfect sense, as truth always does.
Its as simple as eliminating doubt, and answering every question you have through logic alone. This is how you truly *know* something, to fully understand it in a logical sense... the key to self realization.
You may realize that everything in your life has lead you in the wrong direction... this is not a problem, it is the answer... this is where most people fall short - fear. Fear has no place in thought - no emotion does. Only free flowing thought can answer questions truthfully.
Feel free to offer insight.
