How do I re-start my personal forum?

I'd like to get my Northwestern U.S. forum moved from the old site to the new one, just as I'm sure a number of us want to get our personal forums transferred. Once we do I suppose we could copy and paste any posts we'd like to save, but what do we have to do to get them running again?
