Me and some of my friends are taking a trip to Utah over winter break. I was wondering if anyone here has had experience with bringing prescription drugs on an airplane. Our plan was to put some tramadol in my friends prescription drug container that has her name on it that was originally for vicoden.

We don't have to worry about them IDing the pills or anything, right? Should we carry them on or put them in one of our bags we're going to check??

Thanks for any info. Anyone whose had experiences or flied a lot would be of great help.

You should be just fine just, make sure that scrip has her name on it and she has it on her. Don't ever get caught with a controlled substance scrip thats not in your name its a felony !!!!

I had the greatest idea to put here and typed half of it in like 10 minutes then realized that my method is not good.

I was gonna say crush it up and dissolve it in iced tea or something then drink it when you get there but open drinks aren't allowed on planes (I don't think so...)
