Gonna take 6 30/500 Co-Codamol. Will 3000mg APAP do much harm? I know about cold water extraction but I have no liver problems and did 5 before and nothing bad happened.

ThanksThey say 4,000mgs of APAP is the maximum daily recommended dose. So you will be fine. But is "co-codamol" just codiene? cuz codiene is the weakest opiate around, unless u consider darvocet an opiate (LoL)

Kk. I will be taking 8 anyway. Last time using Codeine. Going to try Oxy and Hydro sometime.
