Hey long time no talk,

I'm perscribed 70mg Vyvanse (lysdexamphetamine), which is a new prodrug that attatches a amino acid to the amphetamine molecule (deactiving the amphetamine) which is cleaved off during the first pass through the intestines- effectively elongating the absorption rate of amphetamine and making the powdered drug un-abusable. 150mg gives the same feel as 40mg instant release adderall, but past that amount, the amphetamines are not absorbed- a plataue effect.

My question is: Is there a way to remove the amino acid from the amphetamines before it is consumed?? I think that the enzyme Tripsom is the active agent in breaking them apart... i dunno...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
