Avoid it, you ARE smoking that mold. If you already toked up and your capable of reading this, +1 for you :)

Just cut it away, if you cant cut it, trash it... not worth it.

I'm trying to figure out the problem here,for health problems to occur the mold spores would have to be alive and active, wouldn't several hundred degrees of heat from your lighter kill these spores.

Just a thoughtYou are then burning them and smoking them. I have not truly explored the health risks, but would you want to/suggest someone roll up mold and smoke it?

Okay i did some readin if you smoke it with mold on it it should not hurt you, but if you breath in the live spores by handling it the mold can be harmful.

If you can, I would say trim off as much mold as you can before you light up.
If the bud is to small to do that, then there shouldn't be to much mold to make it dangerous.

However if your worried - buy new bud.
