whats up?
i might get high this week and i'm pretty excited for that.

i got my cast off the other day and i'm just getting used to taking a shower again

we went to get my permit thursday and even though their website says they are open until 8 PM, they stop testing at 4:15 PM so when we got there at 7 i was pissed since my mom is never home in that before 4:15 so wtf. but i'm leaving school early friday for more doctors appointments but she said she'll take me to get my permit after my doctor appointment since it will be before 4:15 :)
i'm excited

Ahh I hate casts if I have a broken arm or something in there.

I'll be getting my permit in January I think. I'll have to do the test in a bunch of snow i'm sure... Good luck getting yours.

Do you actually have to drive to get your permit now-a-days? In NY I just had to take an easy multiple choice test then they told me I could drive with an adult in the car. It was my license where I actually had to pass a test with driving involved.

Colorado requires just a quick drive to make sure you can stay on the road. But the driving I'm doing is some afternoon class that lowers my insurance cost by a LOT.

we have to take a 50 question test. then get our permit for 6 months, and in those 6 months you have to take 6 hours of drivers training. then you take the driving test to get your licensee. and you STILL can't drive with people under 18 for a freakin year.

mine was a 20 question learners test(now 30 i believe)
you can only drive with a fully registered driver over 18 for a year
then a 30 min road test
but since i had some lessons with the guys friend a couple times my test was only about 10 mins so it was a easy pass
now i can drive normally but 0% alcohol instead of the regular .08% and some other useless bullshit
and in 2 years you have to take an advanced road test which is 60 mins
then your a fully registered driver
its getting ridiculous how much you have to do

when I was 15, you just had to take a simple test and then you got your permit. Before you could get your license at 16, you had to log 50ish hours driving with your permit. I knew they changed it to when you could get your permit a couple of years back; you can get it at like 15 y 6 months, or you could get it as soon as you turn 15 if you were enrolled in an approved driving school.

But I'm still fairly certain there's no behind the road test for your permit.

for real.

here its 18 questions and you can only get three wrong, so i think if you are at 15 you don't need to do anymore, if you get one wrong it stops at 16, 2 wrong its 17.

i think.
