If you wanna add Andy...he is PeaceProfound...my top friend.

Thanks Andy had put that pic as our background one night when I was tripping so I got kinda attached to the pic...found a site that I could create my own page and that is all she wrote!

mariecstasy
11-10-2007, 03:45 AM
I have found a lot of people from school there.....including someone who lives right here in my city.

HoneySuckleBlue
11-10-2007, 01:18 PM
How do you find people there? WIsh I did'nt leave all my yearbooks in North Dakota...I can't remember any bodies last names, lol.

There are alot more options for expression it seems there. I have gotten so used to our forums and the narrow parameters. I must admit to not blaming you scarlett, it is rather intimidating with all it's options and newness.

I tried to go to your profile today Marie, to find Andy but it said yours was set to private and I must be added to your freinds list to view it....wtf man?

mariecstasy
11-10-2007, 03:26 PM
That's whacky. You are still on my list of friends.

I did however try to get out of a bulletin Andy posted earlier and accidentally deleted him...so I am waiting for him to accept my friendship again. LOL. But he is at the airport dropping his mommy off and then off to the airport we go. let me see if I can link you to his.

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=144798344

His is set to private as well.
Try mine again...perhaps I was doing something in there at the time.

HoneySuckleBlue
11-13-2007, 09:35 PM
Cool, I got y'all now.

Do you guys know how to post quotes without them running all together?

elayne
11-13-2007, 10:24 PM
To make a line put <br> at the beginning and <br> at the end.

If you want a blank line to seperate paragraphs put

<br><br>

mariecstasy
11-14-2007, 04:39 AM
Oh most excellent...I had no idea either.

Is there a special MYspace cheat code book I can get at borders;)

elayne
11-14-2007, 01:33 PM
LOL I don't know, I just ask my teenager. Kids are scary with puters! Becca has a friend that can hack passwords from almost any website and all kindsa stuff.

mariecstasy
11-14-2007, 01:48 PM
I never understood how someone can do that. But then again, I don't want to so there is not a will there.

off subject...but can you guys look at my "polish me" post in my forum. I had to write a myth and I need to turn it in. So I was hoping for each of your critical eye. Thank you. Off to be a part of the world now. Have a great day.

Cool, I got y'all now.

Do you guys know how to post quotes without them running all together?
I enjoy experimenting... ya know take a bulletin and respond to it, then cut and paste it into an inbox message to yourself so you can see the html code. It is fun to figure out the patterns... photobucket is awesome, you can take the third option there for html code and just paste a picture into any communication.

I like your page, Kim.

elayne
11-14-2007, 05:27 PM
That is a good idea of how to look at code! What a crafty mind you have... or maybe I should say resourceful.

mariecstasy
11-14-2007, 06:45 PM
oh he is crafty and resourceful...just not fast;) hehehe..had to do it honey;)

HoneySuckleBlue
11-15-2007, 12:57 AM
Glad you like it, did you watch the ninja parade? Gawd, that cracked me up!
I'll have to go work on my quotes soon.

Can you guys get Gils page? He has so much stuff on it my computer crashes, lol. The computer is kinda old though, it can't handle much of the video stuff.

mariecstasy
11-15-2007, 01:12 AM
It takes me forever to load his page. So long that I just don't go to it unless I want to get in touch with him personally.

No, I haven't checked out your video yet because I haven't had time...but I am gonna do it now.

HoneySuckleBlue
11-15-2007, 01:22 AM
Do it hehee I love it so much!!! *jumps up and down with giddy anticipation!!!*

mariecstasy
11-15-2007, 01:26 AM
ok, that is funny. watching a parade of nothing to watch. Such silliness.

what I really want to go see one year...perhaps we can make a girls day of it....
In DC they have drag races. I mean real ones of men in drag running down the streets in heels racing one another.

HoneySuckleBlue
11-15-2007, 01:57 AM
Omg!!!! That would be a riot!! We are definately in!

I'd like to see if we could get a hotel room with a balcony on the venue though, I don't do crowds ten people thick well.

mariecstasy
11-15-2007, 02:26 AM
I have wanted to get to that thing for years. It is the funniest thing ever to me. I cannot hear drag races and think about the cars anymore. They just don't make sense to me like the drag queens do.

A balcony would be fun. Then you get to see more of the action anyway.

HoneySuckleBlue
11-15-2007, 03:48 AM
Then we can film it and put it on our space:)

The name is awesome too, I still think cars and it great to see all those sequins and beehives. People are just so much fun!

Rich was like your gonna do whut??? Jess is in though and I know I could talk the rest of the gang around here into it, that would be a hoot!!!

mariecstasy
11-15-2007, 03:54 AM
ahahahaha....it says its near Halloween...so we can take Jess as her birthday present.

elayne
11-15-2007, 02:54 PM
LMAO you two are hilarious!! OMG my tummy hurts from laughing... good medicine!

Have fun with that. There are many things on this planet that I long to see, men in dresses isn't one of them.

Now men in kilts, OH BABY I am sooo there!

HoneySuckleBlue
11-15-2007, 05:42 PM
That is gonna rock, though I may be very poor next year, lol. So it may just be pushing through the crowds for a glimpse, fun is fun though, and we always have a good time no matter what.

I have to agree with elayne with the men in kilts thing, dang, there was this hottie at the grassroots festival this fall in his celtic booth with his bagpipes and accent...just yum.

elayne
11-15-2007, 06:18 PM
Oh yeeeahhhh, when I went to Grandfather Mtn, there were a couple I coulda easily took in the woods with me, that is if I were single *ahem*. Of course, I um... being the fine upstanding Lady that I am, wouldn't actually be lusting over virtual strangers... lol. *shuffling toe in circular patterns*
No, not at all, just um... Art Appreciation - yep thats it!

HoneySuckleBlue
11-15-2007, 07:59 PM
Yes, yes I too am a patron of the arts:) does'nt hurt to look does it??

elayne
11-15-2007, 09:47 PM
LOL Nope, doesn't hurt me at all! Nobody knows what goes on in my naughty little head, so its all good!

HoneySuckleBlue
11-16-2007, 12:37 AM
Wish I could say the same, lol...Rich is erie with that. He picks it up like a tv or radio. He could be really good if he took it seriously. It is one of the reasons we've been together for fourteen years, he knows when he goes too far and always pulls back just in time. Pisses me off, but how can I not be intrigued???

Beauty is everywhere :)

I do tend to blend, lingering on flickering flames, dissolving...
& indeed, its all good; sizzling, ecstastic pools of experience;
Goddess-puddles.

mariecstasy
11-16-2007, 02:55 AM
*scratches head wondering what that boy just said*
hehe

hehe;

that rythmed;)

HoneySuckleBlue
11-16-2007, 03:01 AM
heheehee, he said goddess puddles:)

mariecstasy
11-16-2007, 03:38 AM
Oh I noticed that part;)

He's a trip. Yeah we all notice beauty and are sometimes hypnotized by it...how can we not, its beauty afterall. I feel the same way when I see a beautiful sunset, or a butterfly, or my kids loving one another instead of fighting. It all wells up such happiness within me.

sylvanlightning
11-16-2007, 04:01 AM
Indeed, beauty sighs, like life,
longing to be embraced in every way

I sure do love our girls too :)

mariecstasy

I have referred to them as my kids for quite some time now. It doesn't feel right any other way. Sometimes it is still hard for me because I haven't been with Sylvi from the beginning so I don't really see her. I know that when I hear stories of Andrew's begininigs it makes me that much closer to him. I have to understand roots.
But Sylvi hurts me and I want to hate her sometimes. I want to attack her and make her suffer. But its not her I make suffer. Its me. I was a stepchild. My mother left too. My dad chose my stepmother over me(from my perspective and hers too). I understand where she comes from.
But it takes a lot for me. There is so much for me to overcome and to see. I do the best I can. It might be slow coming but I am going to do this stuff.
Everything seems to just be a re-write of what I have experienced. It's so exciting to have such a evident picture to examine and learn to Love.

Added you, as to get to know you :)

HoneySuckleBlue

Cool, love to find new freinds!

It is so neat how we end up as fractals of our own childhoods and the lessons get big enough for us to see and feel and interact with so we can grow and heal from it all.

BTW, you should know that I can't check myspace here at work, so thats why I go days without signing in there. Lucky for me, they haven't found out about hipforums or it would be blocked too.
Me sneaky sneaky... lol. :)

mariecstasy
11-19-2007, 10:58 PM
I went through all that with Recorded Books. I would stay on the forums for the entire day(well around getting my work done) but eventually they found it out.

Oh, I forgot you couldn't get on from work. I like myspace to communicate with those that I don't get to see alot. I love the setup of the forums though.

HoneySuckleBlue
11-19-2007, 11:41 PM
Myspace is confusing to me...I just don't get it yet. How do you find people?

sylvanlightning
11-20-2007, 06:06 AM
Right... I've always just waited until someone added me,
unless I could add them directly from a friends page.

mariecstasy
11-20-2007, 01:08 PM
there are a few ways...check out your friend's pages...you might see some to add.
another is to look at your high school alumni...there you will find some others.
and then you can press search. You would have to know the last names...and if you know around where they live in the country you can limit the search to that area...if not you will have to weed through all the people that come up with their name.

it's kinda a pain in the butt and I only do it when I am really really bored or if someone's name pops into my head:D

HoneySuckleBlue
01-11-2008, 02:55 AM
Do you know how to add video from youtube???

mariecstasy

JanaXGIRL
01-12-2008, 09:07 PM
Do you know how to add video from youtube???just copy url address that you find on the right side at the video on youtube and paste it to myspace profile section like "about me" "music" "who I'd like to meet" anywhere :)

sylvanlightning
01-13-2008, 04:43 AM
Thank you, that was very clear. :)

I deleted my account yesterday...just so you know. I have too much going on and its very difficult to have that communication going on as well.

HoneySuckleBlue
01-15-2008, 12:38 AM
You could have just done what I do and ignore it completely.

Lol, buk comes over and she will help me pimp it for shits and giggles every once in a while. I don;t even know how to leave comments yet, but i do enjoy Andy's and Buks and Gils:) leavings.
