This section will occasionally put up a new video that we come across on youtube, google, etc.

Speaking of which, here is the first:

Sogyal Rinpoche discusses the essence of Buddhism. He doesn't like the term Buddhism, rather, the Awakening of your Buddha Nature - seems more adequate of a description. Rinpoche practices Vajrayana, Tibetan Buddhism. This form focuses heavily on transforming the body/mind into a tool for enlightenment, both personally and universally.

Thanks:-) The Alan Watts one worked and while I was at youtube I checked out the videos of him discussing meditation.
