Binding the chest

what is the most effective way of binding the chest?
I want to go to promwith my boyfriend, and I'd like it not to be all over the place, and people questioning me even more.. but yeah I want to know- what kind of tape to use? or bandages? or a combination? D:

It depends on ur size really. If your small probbly bandages but uthawise, I tend to use waist trimmers but they can b a bit bulky. Id recommend a proper binder from underworks or another site, coz usin bandages n stuff is really painful, and i mean iv done that and iv ended up wiv scars. On the ftm network site there are a list of links to recommended sites wiv binders on. i cant remember the site but if u google it ull get it straight away.

I wouldn't use ace bandages or tape or anything like that. I've done it and it hurts and it's not very practical. It is effective though if you do it right.

I would recommend buying a binder from http://ftm.underworks.com The one I use is the tri-top. The double front compression vest is also very effective.
