well i don't know. i'm not doing it, a family member is. He knows what he's doing, thats all I kno w. Also im not free to ask those questions because he would never give it directly to me.

Expect a mind trip and little visual. My fav things to do on them is watching TV (good movies, music videos, etc), listening to music, things like that. I don't like to be active, be around people, etc on them... It kills the trip.
It's because they will intensify any state of mind you're in and nuisances bring you back to normal reality, since they suck on the visuals side (just some distortions and a little geometric patterns).
