I cant believe only one person touched on kratom. If youre talking TOTALLY legal drugs, kratom is king. Its the only one I actually get high off of. Legal trips tend to be a little harsh for me to be willing to try them (DXM, salvia, amanitas) but kratom is a very pleasant legal high, in fact its even addictive (weird how that can be considered an plus.)

There are a few countries where they're like semi legal, but many they are strictly illegal.

Sooooo not true. I spent $2,500 getting out of a felony charge for possession of <1/8 of shrooms in VA. You can, however, order spores to most states, but not GA.

Okay people.
Here in my town, mushrooms CAN be done in a legal fashion.
They follow the laws similar to the san pedro. Growing the mushrooms is legal, eating/drying them is illegal.
As for DXM, I find its more pleasant at a low dose with a good amount of herb, and try to get a DXM pure spray, much cleaner trip and no need to extract, as its only diluted in flavored saline solution.
Salvia is amazing, but not what i would call a "recreational high"
the 2c's are slowly falling into prohibition, as with salvia.
LSA is a good high if you extract correctly.
Alcohol is a disgusting thing, with no depth to the experience.

LSA and mescaline containing cactus's are NOT legal highs. It is legal to own LSA containing flowers or seeds, or a mescaline containing cactus, only if its for decoration or landscaping. LSA is schedule 3 and mescaline is schedule 1. If you got pulled over and had a bag of weed in one pocket, and a bag of morning glory seeds in the other, you would likely be charged for it (but as its schedule 3, you would only get a fine). If you had a bag of dried peyote buttons in your pocket, you would be arrested.

Also, what about DXM, or shit, by far the most popular legal drug, alcohol. I think that if it came down to it, my favorite legal high is alcohol.
