San Pedro cactus Powder

If you were to just buy this powder, whats the best way to ingest?
How much should I ingest for light trip and how much for a strong trip?

Where legal, one could mix the powder with Jello and slurp down chunks?
Capsules will take too many. SWIM heard 30-40 grams of such powder is
good to start, but cacti in any amount - 1 gram or more is very much appreciated
by the mind according to SWIM.

tried the lejjy method for my first time and found it very hard to eat, next time im gonna get the biggest capsules i can and use them, youll trow them back up anyway
