The price for supporter upgrades is now $15. Annual subscription is now $15 per year. The lifetime supporter donation of $50 will stay the same.
Anyone with an existing subscription (with automatic annual renewal) at the old rate, won't have to pay more, so long as that subscription remains active! :)
The reason for the increase is simple. We must get a new, more powerful server. Our existing one has been running 24/7/12 for more than 3 years non-stop. It overloads everyday as I'm sure you've all noticed.
We really need to have two servers, but that would require an increase to $25 or so to pay for it.
Your donations are very important to keeping this site alive. Every month we come up short and I have to shell out the rest from my meager income, which I can no longer do.
So either this site becomes self-supporting, and soon, or there will be negative consequences. Thus I'm hoping this increase will help close the monthly gap.
You can also support the site by shopping in one of our stores. We have an Amazon.com store, a Poster store and a Calendar store. We get a small percentage of every purchase and that too helps pay for the site.
