heres the first one it's about nirvanas Kurt Cobain

it's better to burn out
then fade away
says the man
with the gun
who blew himself away
leave all behind forget everything bad
those who mourn
quickly forget to be sad
daughter just born,
mother is now so torn
save those while you can
learn to be reborn

Sounds like a song, closer to what you would find as lyrics then poetry. First five lines could be your chorus that repeats several places in the song. I liked it, keep working on it.
