Just a poem I wrote a few days ago.
Now tell me people
Why is it, that we hate
When we could all just get along
And put aside debate
Sharing points of view
Don't have to turn to war
Every voice singing out
All words colliding as they soar
Now tell me brothers and sisters
Why is it, that we fight for freedom
I see no peace in the eyes of a victim
So hold not a gun, but the hand of a friend
Now tell me people
