What do you think is more important?

Getting summa cum laude over magna cum laude OR Graduating on time?



I have a couple of bad grades from the early semesters. I don't need them for my major but they are on my GPA. I could go to summer school, retake them, and raise my GPA to 3.8. The question is : is it worth all that? It would be strictly to get those three words behind my name. Does it even matter in the end? 6 more weeks of school is not alot considering that my GPA will stand forever.

But no-one but you is ever going to give a shit about your gpa -- unless you're planning on going to grad school.

On the other hand - finishing school mean having to get a *shudder* job.
