Never, I don't even own one in the first place.
Pentacles/Pentagrams aren't an element of the Paganism I practise, so ultimatly it would be illogical for me to wear one. Regardless I don't especially like to wear jewelry of any kind, or feel a desire to express my beliefs in such a way.
Totally respect if other people wear them, it's just not my thing.

I have a silver one, a pentacle, that has the phases of the moon on it. I keep it on my altar. I wear it when doing rituals, but rarely out, as it seems to be so misunderstood.
But I understand what you were saying in the other thread, about using it to start discussion or to inform and, maybe, I will start wearing it out, probably where I feel safe at first.

Haha! The Poll is all equal now. I rarely wear pentacles. If I wear one out and about where I live, especially at school, I can guarantee it will be "out" in about a day that I am a satanist. This happened to me my freshmen year. Everyone seems to believe they symbolize evil, and when I say that this isn't true, I am just trying to cover up how evil I am. This includes my mother, who refuses to allow one inside the house. :(

Sometimes.. it's fun to wear one when I know I'm gonna be around fundie christians (not that we get that many over here thankfully). Although I've actually got a few people doing the "metal horns" and saying HAIL SATAN at me.. obviously thought I was a brother satanist. Better than BURN IN HELL HEATHEN SCUm though.

i don't have one. i don't really feel drawn to wearing one. all i wear in terms of jewelry is my wedding ring. i'm pretty flighty about things like that. i HAVE jewelry of all sorts, but not to wear. mainly they just remind me of people and places and i like to browse through them when meandering down memory lane or wanting to send someone good vibes.

you know what would be wonderful? a charm bracelet with pentacles from all your witchy friends. like a pentacle exchange. i guess that really appeals to me, because i like giving people meaningful totems that i have held and imprinted myself on, so that when someone needs me and i want to send them good vibes and strength i have a place, and image that i've touched, to focus on. it makes it so much more powerful. and if you can work with the goddess and her symbol, that will make it that much more blessed.
or, as a nooB, am i totally out of my mind and should send something else entirely?

i thought so. i'm glad i'm not misinformed about their power and purpose. i should like to go look for some when i've managed to gather a bit of cash and send them to my friends. i saw one the other day that screamed "KC" but didn't have the cash. it'd be like a long distance cuddle when you need one.

I think they are beautiful but I dont wear them, they don't apply to my path. My girlfriend (who is Wiccan) loves them, but thats her thing.
I do want Thor's hammer on a necklace tho.

I have a silver pentacle with garnets on it. I don't wear it all the time for 3 reasons:
1-I go to a Catholic school. Pentacles at a Catholic school, not a good idea, lol.
2-My parents are Catholic & would go ballistic if they knew I was Wiccan.
3-I don't like my pentacle very much, it's a bit ugly. It'd be perfect without the garnets!

I don't own one, I wear the symbol of my tuath, a silver Epona as depicted by the Uffington Horse.
