hi guys.....have just recently joined in order to obtain an answer to a question which is really bugging me. I have Recently started growing a few plants of my own using seeds i purchased in a store. The strain of the plant is a variation of the white widow plant. So far i have read many many grow guides and have come to my own conclusions about most things...
at the moment everything is right and my plants are around 2 weeks old. i have my lighting drainage and watering mastered.... however i am a little confused as to how i am going to harvest my plants. I have read about harvesting and its seems pretty simple....and it seems its a technique that is improved the more often you do it.....however.....when it comes to identify male plants, this is a bit of an issue for me. its not that i cant identify them....i suppose i can tell the differences of the hair/balls underneath the nodes.....its just i am worrying that since my seeds were not feminized....i am indefinately going to have males....atleast half of them are anyway....i am just a little worried about them pollinating my females before i have had chance to discover them.....sensimillia (without seeds) is bud that has been left unfertilized i know and therefor creates a higher THC content as they get older....however....suppose my plants are pollinated....i know the bud will inevitably have seeds....but can i still smoke this bud? is the thc content gonna be worth smoking with seeds in it? does this make the plant an amaphodite then? Please could someone advise me on this issue.....cause if its true that i cannot smoke the seeded buds....then i will have to fine comb for males and make sure there is no pollination....also....does anyone know if they are pollinated and i take a cutting and clone the plant....will that plant still be female? or will it be in fact an amaphodite for all its generations....sorry guys....but i am no gardner and i have very little experience with this....any help would be greatly appreciated. Please email at lozanii_jaco@hotmail.co.uk
this email address isnt my main email address....and i will only be looking for answers to this question on there, no other emails will by read.....thanks very much everyone! happy growing! and even happier smoking....
Thanks, Jack.
