Tramadol + Xanax

Does anyone know if xanax and Tramadol (aka Ultram) is safe to mix? im wondering cuz i know tramadol lowers ur seizure threshold or whatever. and aren't like benzos used for people that have seizures or something? i dunno just always wondered if xanax and tramadol are safe/good mix?

im not really sure but i take tramadol daily and xanax alot also on the same days and never have had a problem
