I've sat here all day, alone, with a total of 30 minutes of work.

I'm skipping out and going to sit in my beautiful back yard.

right on. i've got a bad headache & stomach ache, and i was hoping dave would take the girls to the gym so i can nap. but i don't think i can get him to do it.

they love the gym. it's the kids play area. it's totally badass. they nag me to take them, but i don't feel good enough to go. slides, painting, climbing, toys like crazy, loads of other kids, they love it.

fill (http://www.cocktail.com/about/measurements.htm) seltzer

Shake spirits and juice with crushed ice. Strain into tall glass filled with ice. Fill with seltzer and garnish with a lime wheel.

You sound like you've been around a nudist camp. Our's had a rule about four letter words like work and rain, but thumbs up to three letter words like fun and sun.
