A good friend of ours is in need of some help. Me'n'JuJu consider Ron to be one of the best tie-dye artists in the country & our inspiration to start in the biz. If you know anyone with a tie-dye shop, please have them get in touch with Ron. Here's the bulletin he posted on MySpace:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A few months ago we found the home of our dreams. It was 2.34 acres, a 3 bedroom two bath house, and a great artesian well for 14k. We searched for some way to make it happen and along came Don Wharton, who seemed like a nice old man who was willing to pay the downpayment and help us buy the house in exchange for a place to keep his camper trailer and eventually a mobile home. We called the owners, gave them our proposal, they acepted and we moved into the house. That was a month ago.
Since then we have put in a new well pump and water lines, rewired the house, put in stairs to tha attic where we are building rooms for the boys, sheetrocked, painted, remodeled the bathroom and various other things making this house our home. Then a few days before Don was to pay the 5,000 dollar downpayment I awoke to the sounds of an angry swat team decending on the house. They knocked everyone to the ground, kids included and held assualt weapons to their head and proceded to shearch the house and Don's camper.
Apperently he was not a nice old man. He was a child molestor and pornographer who was targeting our 6 and 8 year old children. They drug him awaty in chains after thumping his head a few times and assured us we wouldnt see him again for at least five years. With any luck we will never see him ever.
I am a peaceful man and a paccifist by nature but since seeing what this man had and knowing what I know now I want to set his ass on fire and watch him burn.
Now we have talked to the people selling us the house and we have 30 days to come up with 5,000 dollars. We are a family of three adults, Charles and myself who are disabled and on SSI, Michael who is a full time father and three children, Nelson, Drew and Amethyst who are 12, 8 and 6. We live on about 1100 a month.
We truely love our home and we do not want to leave. We desperatyly need help. Help could be a cash donation, a loan, a vehicle (we have no vehicle), an order for hundreds of tie dye tee shirts, buying and refinancing our home back to us (I would be willing to pay 20k for 14k), or simply keep us in your prayers and pass this along to some other folks.
You can contact us by mail, phone or internet.
