Hello,

I have been reading over many of the posts in this topic, and have noticed your posts many times.

I, admittedly, know nothing of Occam, the Razor of Occam, and would appreciate if you could offer, at best perhaps, a definition? Some times, I gathered that Occam is an intelligent deity, and that you are a liason for Occam, speaking for him or her, and other times, I gather that Occam is a human being. Quite honestly, it confuses me. =P

I've also noticed that your posts are quite insightful, and would have a discussion with you (and any other persons reading this post ;) ), even if only for the sole purpose of conversing, which these forums were created for. =)

To start, I present that I mean no offense by any of my ignorance; as I believe you once said, it is only possible to offend Occam if he chooses to let you. Still, I mean no offense and simply wish for a good conversation.

I offer to you the notion that I consider myself to be agnostic, in that I do not necessarily disbelieve the existance of a deitic presence that exists outside of all logic and reason and created all that we call logic and reason, but that I am skeptical, and sometimes in discussions, even satirical, when I consider the possibility of what one or many people define to be such a deity.

In other words, I don't necessarily disbelieve that God or gods exist, I simply disbelieve in a specific and particular "God," (or gods) such as is created by Christianity, Paganism, and many other religions.

And now, I humbly ask what your opinions on what I have just said are, and what you believe.

Regards
