Hi,
Can anyone help me solve this calculation please, here it is :
Calculate the number of millimoles of
(a) Dextrose, and
(b) Sodium ions in 1 litre of Sodium Chloride and Dextrose injection containing 4.3% w/v of anhydrous dextrose and 0.18% w/v of sodium chloride.
Molecular weight of Dextrose = 180.2
Molecular weight of Sodium Chloride = 58.5
I have no idea from were to start. I have just started a course of pharmacy technicians and would like some help on how to work this calculation out.
I thank you in advance,
Regards,
MissHawha
