Wow dude! That kind of sucks! I would definately go with Ayahuasca, it's a longer trip and nausiating, but soo worth it! And rectal absorbtion??? Rofl! :)

have you thought of injecting it? that way you will be sure to get the right dose. as long as you do it right i dont see why there would be any problem.

i have only smoked it but i know you can inject it. you might have to add something to it or something - not too sure about that.

Even if you can't hold it long, you can take more hits. Just put a lot in there and keep hitting it till you can't.

^ Even if theres only 20mg in the pipe theres always residue after 3 tokes, so putting more in the pipe sounds like a good idea. Load 80mg in there and toke like theres no tomorrow!

take an maoi (3g of syrian rue), and maybe smaller hits that you can hold in longer (if you want to conserve). I wouldn't really know though... maybe a bunch of large hits would be best, and smaller hits are just completely worthless. i'd start with the small hits + maoi hypothesis though :)
