depends on the make up of the pill... what was the ratio of hydrocodone vs. acetemenophin(sp)?

I'm pretty sure the amount of hydrocodone itself you took is safe, but your liver can only take so much acetemenophin- i think 4 grams? (correct me if i'm wrong).

If you took 5/500mg then you should be fine. Don't take anymore acetaminophen for 24 hours though to be safe. Acetaminophen is not something to mess around w/.

alcohol with any acetaminophin is stupid. both go through the liver, so if you value your liver - it'd be smart to avoid the combination.

and you'll probably get sick anyway, which sucks.

alcohol and opiates is seriously dangerous; please be carefull. Respiratory depression and failure or choking on your own vomit are never fun ways to be found. If you have some compelling reason to have a drink while on opiates either dont, or do just that, A single drink.
