Would 10 mL of mimosa essential oil have a decent ammount of DMT?

DMT isn't an oil.

Unless it's in freebase form, I don't think it's gonna be active at all.

Even if it is, how could anybody ever know how much DMT is going to be in 10mL of random liquid?

Well, if it's an essential oil of a plant which contains DMT, they could guess.
