no, eg oxycodone and oxycodone hcl no diff, so yeah its just codeine dont worry

thats bullshit. there is a differnce between two types of codeine. i know that for fact, but iv forgeten alot of the details. look it up.

you have to take more of one to archive the same result as the other.
its in nurofen plus, which is why it seems as though it has such a hi codeine amount being an OTC.

There are 3 types of codeine:
Codeine phosphate
Codeine hydrochloride
Codeine sulphate

codeine is usualy sold in phosphate form. In Europe it is sometimes in hydrochloride form. It will say on your medication form- If not, assume its phosphate.

per molecule of codeine base, the phosphate is 8% heavier. Therefore in a mass comparison, the sulfate is a little stronger.
