Don't ask me why...

Isssionary Isolation

Little daises pushing through muddy grace

Taking its time, to grow far away

Here he lies, in my arms, on a cold days haze

Drinking tears that belong to me

The sky is broken, bruised red, cannot rain

Taking him far away from me, and everything

To see the truth, you must eliminate the lies

And the biggest, might strike you as a surprise

There is no life, or death, no love or hate

There is nothing but fate, and when you take fate away from existence.

What you are left with is nothing, no far less than nothing

As history loops in different keys, I realize this life is a melody

A melody of hope, for the battered and tortured, this is their final savior

Steal my heart, with your words of praise, take my senses away from me

Bind myself to you, as if I were a missing limb, as long as it will please you

Then cut off that limb which is me, and make it no longer belong to you

Thus setting me free, and by myself as a lonely limb, I am nothing

that's actually pretty good
most of the poems here suck (no offense to the other poets =D)

I enjoyed the ideas in it, but it wasn't that great of a read as far as poems go. I guess I'm saying I would have enjoyed a more flowing format.
