Hello all -
I am new to this forum so please forgive me. I have been looking for different places to post my message and when I stumbled on this place, I thought it was perfect.
I am putting together a book of poetry dedicated to the Grateful Dead by deadheads and would love to hear some of your work. I have created a blog at gratefuldeadpoetry.blogspot.com that explains it a little better but I'm basically looking to give back to the community that gave me so much.
If you would like, check out the blog and send me your thoughts. If not, that's fine too - not trying to sell anything, just trying to put some good poetry together for a book. I posted one of my poems on my blog as well to get things started.
All the poems will come with a brief background about author and poem (what inspired, etc.) So, if you might like to see your name and poem in print, drop me a line and also pass this on to your friends who may have a poem they want to share.
