Weed card game ??

Anyone by chance know the rules to the Weed card game from Cherrygames.
I pretty much figured it out, but i don't know what the hippie does and I don't how the steal effects people. If anyone has these rules I would greatly appreciate them.

the hippie takes the other players lowest weed card,
with the steal one, you can use it and steal any plant and put it in your own garden
