The doctor has just switched me from Percocet to Hydrocodone, post surgery. I can't beleive the difference in effectivness! The hydrocodone is not touching my pain. I guess I may have built up some tolerance being on Percocet for a week, though its pretty unlikely. I have taken them both before, and dispensed the two of them for years and years. Taking them back to back to each other has given me a whole new perspective.
(Just a quick rant)

They switched you from oxycodone to hydrocodone? That's a little strange. Normally they'd move you up to a stronger opioid due to tolerance. Do you know why they switched you?

because I needed a refill, & they can't call in oxycodone. Next office visit, I got a new script...
