5-MEO-AMT testing positive for LSD 25?

my friend applied a liquid we bought as acid (believed to be 5-MEO-AMT because of effects) and so we tested it in his police narcotics reagent kit. we used the LSD 25 reagent and it tested VERY positive! is this possible? whats going on here. i know its not acid it takes like 2 hours to hit, and it makes all the girls violently ill. and it is very speedy.

LSD tests usually just look for tryptamines of any kind. It would show up positive for LSD, psilocybin, 5-MeO-AMT, mescaline, and anything related.

no the police sell them to parent to test there kids shit when there not there. well my friend's mom got one to test his shit and he jus laughed at her and stole it. it tests for EVERYTHING! we test heroin in it before we buy it, to make sure its pure. We've tested opium and all types of shit, PCP. well the only "acid" we found was beleived to be 5 meo amt by myself and others after dosing. it did test positive though.

That is why i havent trusted any of the liquid that is going around. Another way to be positive is to put a tiny drop on a small piece of paper and shine a black light on it, just for a few seconds tho. If it glows, then it is suredly lsd-25.
