helloes.. ooo sometimes anytime i sit and conciously 'try' to write about myself or experiences i seem to go blank completly or else have a sudden wizz of everything.. ahh.. well anyway ..yeatarday i found som quite intresting info .. i went to see a homeopath as i felt my depressions were trying to seep back into my life again.. it was very intresting as it works from all angles emotional, phycolgical, personality, diet, blood groups, environments, weather ect.. But she gave me this site www.newtreatments.org/depressions (http://www.newtreatments.org/depressions) which tells of magnesium deficiency and how western diets are especially low in this and how it can b related... i also used to hav bad anxity/panic attacks.. i still get them now but they are not so severe.. she was telling me about b vitamins and theyr use on nervous centre (..neuro-transmitters) in the brain.. i heard a guy .. apparently diagnosed with scitsophrinia (soree i cant spell.. i have 5 minutes left online).. was given vit b3 to take and within few days he recovered. im vegetarian and my diet used to be really poor.. i wasnt really looking after m,yself.. a year ago i had blood tests when i broke my back and thy said i was low in som b vits.. which i took (but then i stopped)... so myb this helped with a+p problems... she suggested that i take som vit b complex.. well i just thought to share this with you.. as u may find it usefull.. bye 4 now :) love x
