Hi Guys, I just noticed that one of my female plants is developing seeds and already has some seeds. Does this mean that I should harvest ASAP as the plant is no longer going to continue to flower/produce resin, etc?

Thanks much!

That depends on what you're trying to accomplish! Are you trying to make seeds or buds (or both)?
The best advice I can give is read, read - learn, learn - study, study!!
The plant will "continue to flower, produce resin", it will also continue to become pollinated if left around males. The buds (with or without seeds) should be harvested when they are mature to your liking.

thanks for the reply> I am trying to just grow bud but unfortunately the plant has become polinated. Which is odd as I only have two female plants. Maybe someone in the neighborhood had a male. The plant has been flowering for five weeks and I would like to know if it will keep flowering now that is polinated and producing seeds. The seeds are fairly developed and some have broken their casing. I have included additional pictures.

Thanks again!!

Yes, your plant will keep flowering. If you are only 5 weeks into flower, let it go till the end, when the trichomes become about 80% cloudy, 20% amber. Depending on what kind of buzz you are looking for. If you want a more uppity high, harvest earlier. If you want more of a couchlock high then wait for the 80/20, or slightly longer. Just remember though, the longer you wait, the more the THC degrades. 80/20 is pretty much the peak.

Pollen doesn't really travel too far normally, unless you are in a pretty windy area and growing outdoors. You may have a Hermie! Is it only "partly" pollenated? Are there any signs of male flowers - "naners"? Look real close and give it the once over!

Ha-ha-ha, it looks like I answered this before I looked at the other post - yep, he's right. It's a Hermie!
