BTW, the skunk cabbage is starting to bloom around here. I saw my first of the season two weeks ago.:)

whys it called skunk cabbage does it stink?
SIt does when it's bruised or cut. But Martha says we CAN bring them in the house. You just have to let them sit outside for a day and I guess they lose the smell. They're really kinda pretty. They like boggy areas.
