An accepting of the bitter-sweet nectar,

of all that is interwoven,

in this retrograde bliss.

A feeling of your homeopathic gift,

of attention,

not breaking these reflected symbols into needs.

Who am I to stand apart

from the rest of the mirror;

Why react to the angst

of one you mearly meant to hold close.

Close ... is this but territory now

this fear of losing how we are seen.

Misunderstanding placement of intent.

The need to bind something materially

without merging as energetic nebulae.

The blissful vast curling thorny rivers

of emotical paradoxes.

Standing in this solar flare

till the burning purifies my psychic debris.

What is gained is this releasing of self

into Self.

Sinking alone into the cushions

under a net of jewels;

Sparkling immersive darkness is then...

Lovely stuff!
Close ... is this but territory now
this fear of losing how we are seen.
Perfect lines. I feel lost and yet found in the words. And the ending is just too good...Thumbs up on the format too ;)

This is such a good poem you got here... at first I was thrown off by the double spacing, but with so many insightful lines, the spacing kinda slows you down to grasp the full portent of them.

Misunderstanding placement of intent.

The need to bind something materially

without merging as energetic nebulae.

The blissful vast curling thorny rivers

of emotical paradoxes.
The last two sentences here seem to not flow as well as the rest of the poem, but I'm at work now and not able to digest it fully, and think maybe I'm falling victim to the first line, and misunderstanding their intent! Anyways, this is introspectively beautiful! Two thumbs up!

Thanks for sharing. These two lines go into what I would call the Astral or Psychic body. The pranic body of our energy and emotions. Moving from a physical embrace to an empathic feeling embrace. This goes into what I see at times in dreams ... how we communicate out of a physical form ... merging as energetic fields or clouds of memory. I don't usually sit back to see how the poem flows ... I write continuously without editing (most of the time). Peace to you.
